About Us DCA Systems is a diversified independently owned and operated R & D Engineering Development company with home offices in Florida. We specialize in Custom HVAC systems design for all applications. DCA was founded in 1987 for the purpose of providing innovative engineering and HVAC solutions using advanced technology for controlled environments. We service the Pharmaceutical Clean Room and other entities that require Clean, Dry and Purified Air. Special R & D projects for Military and Commercial projects are included. DCA also offers these main services: Hourly technical personnel for hardware and software specification, design, test, install and commissioning of Custom Designed HVAC Equipment and Systems for CC Centers. DCA can draw on experts across the firm to make these services available quickly and with minimum paper work under Time & Material, Firm Fixed Price, or Cost Option contracts. TEMPORARY ENGINEERING CONTRACT LABOR/ HOUR STAFFING DCA also recruits and screens technical and scientific personnel to work on a temporary contract labor hour basis either in house or on client premises.
